Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

Some items in our store may be offered as a subscription, pre-order, or try before you buy purchase option. This Purchase Options Cancellation Policy explains how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases made through enzomedix.com.au.
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot be excluded, restricted or modified under the Australian Consumer Law.
Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription, you will receive repeat deliveries based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select at checkout.
Your payment details will be stored securely and you will be charged for each delivery unless you choose to pay in advance.
Some subscriptions may automatically renew at the end of their subscription period. If you do not want your subscription to renew, you can cancel it before the next scheduled billing date.
You can cancel or change your subscription at any time, subject to the timing of your next scheduled order. Your order confirmation emails may include links to your order or subscription management page. You may be able to manage your subscription from there.

To help prevent the next scheduled charge, cancellation requests should be submitted at least 24 hours before the next scheduled billing date.
If a subscription order has already been processed, packed or dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible for that order. In that case, any return or refund request will be handled in accordance with our Refunds & Returns Policy and the Australian Consumer Law.
Pre-Orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are purchasing an out-of-stock, incoming, made-available-soon, or soon-to-be-available product that may not yet be in inventory or ready for dispatch.
Depending on the product and checkout option, we may collect no payment, a partial deposit, or full payment at checkout. Where applicable, your payment method may be stored securely and charged for the full or remaining payment at a future date.
You can request cancellation of a partially paid pre-order that has not yet been fulfilled, processed, packed or dispatched.
If the pre-order has already been fulfilled, processed, packed or dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible. In that case, you may request a return, refund or other remedy in accordance with our Refunds & Returns Policy and the Australian Consumer Law.
If there are significant delays or changes affecting a pre-order, we will take reasonable steps to contact you using the details provided at checkout.
Try Before You Buy
When you purchase a try before you buy item, we may authorise your payment method before fulfilling the order.
You will have a specified period of time to decide whether you want to keep the item. The applicable trial period and any return instructions will be shown at checkout, in your order information, or in communications relating to the try before you buy offer.
If you decide not to keep the item, you must return it within the stated trial period and in accordance with the return instructions provided.
If the trial period has passed and the item has not been returned in accordance with the return instructions, your payment method may be charged for the full amount.
Try before you buy items must generally be returned unused, unopened where applicable, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received, unless otherwise required by law.
Returns and Refunds

For change-of-mind returns, items must generally be unopened, unused, in original packaging and in the same condition as received, unless otherwise required by law.
Due to the nature of first aid, PPE, hygiene and medical-related products, some opened, used, contaminated, damaged, altered or unsealed items may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns unless required under the Australian Consumer Law.
Australian Consumer Law
Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
You may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund, cancellation or other remedy where required by law, including where a product is faulty, unsafe, not of acceptable quality, not fit for purpose, or does not match its description.
This policy applies in addition to, and does not replace, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
