Refunds & Returns Policy
At Enzo Medix, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Refunds & Returns Policy explains how returns, exchanges, damaged items and refunds are handled.
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot be excluded, restricted or modified under the Australian Consumer Law.
15-Day Return Policy
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a change-of-mind return, your item must be:
- unopened;
- unused;
- in the same condition and quality as received;
- in its original packaging;
- with tags, labels, seals or accessories still attached where applicable; and
- accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
Due to the nature of first aid, training, hygiene, PPE and medical-related products, we may not be able to accept returns where products have been opened, used, damaged, contaminated, altered, or removed from their original packaging, unless required under the Australian Consumer Law.
How to Start a Return
To request a return, please contact us first at sales@enzomedix.com.au.
Please include your order number, contact details, the item you would like to return, and the reason for your return request.
If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions for sending the item back to us.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless otherwise agreed by Enzo Medix or required by law.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service when returning items, as we cannot process a return or refund for items that are not received by us.
If a return is required because an item is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied, or otherwise covered by your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, we will assess the issue and provide an appropriate remedy as required by law.
Damages, Defects and Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or if there is an issue with your order.
To help us assess the issue, please provide your order number and clear photos of the product, packaging and any damage or issue.

We will review the issue and work with you to make it right in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.
Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items
Certain items may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns, including:
- opened or used first aid products;
- opened or used PPE or hygiene-related items;
- items that are no longer in original packaging;
- items with broken seals, missing labels, missing tags or missing accessories;
- custom products, special orders or personalised items;
- perishable goods or products with expiry-date concerns;
- hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases;
- gift cards; and
- clearance, final-sale or sale items, unless required by law.
Please contact us before returning your item if you are unsure whether your product is eligible for return.
Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law for faulty, damaged, unsafe, incorrectly described or otherwise non-compliant goods.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to request a return for the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can place a separate order for the new item.
If the exchange relates to a faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied item, please contact us first so we can assess the issue and provide the appropriate next steps.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. We will let you know whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank, card provider or payment provider to process and post the refund to your account.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund, please contact us at sales@enzomedix.com.au.
Australian Consumer Law
Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
You may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund or other remedy where required by law, including where a product is faulty, unsafe, not of acceptable quality, not fit for purpose, or does not match its description.
This policy applies in addition to, and does not replace, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
