Enzo Medix Terms and Conditions of Sale
These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made from Enzo Medix. By placing an order, purchasing goods, accepting a quotation, or accepting delivery of goods, the customer agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Orders and Acceptance
All orders are subject to acceptance by Enzo Medix. Enzo Medix reserves the right to refuse, amend, or cancel any order at its discretion, including where goods are unavailable, a pricing error has occurred, or payment has not been received.
3. Prices
All prices are stated in Australian dollars unless otherwise specified. Prices may be inclusive or exclusive of GST, as stated on the quotation, invoice, receipt, or product listing.
4. Payment Terms
Payment must be made in full by the due date stated on the invoice or as otherwise agreed in writing by Enzo Medix.
If payment is not received by the due date, the amount will be considered overdue.
5. Late Payment and Interest
If payment is not received by the due date stated on the invoice, the amount will be considered overdue.
Any overdue amount may incur interest at a rate of 1.5% per month, calculated daily from the due date until the outstanding amount is paid in full.
The customer agrees to pay all reasonable costs incurred by Enzo Medix in recovering overdue amounts, including debt collection fees, legal costs, administrative expenses, and other recovery costs.
6. Delivery and Collection
Delivery or collection arrangements will be confirmed at the time of purchase or order confirmation. Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by factors outside Enzo Medixβs control.
Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery, collection, or when the goods are made available for collection.
7. Ownership of Goods
Ownership of goods remains with Enzo Medix until payment has been received in full, including any applicable interest, fees, or recovery costs.
Until ownership passes to the customer, the customer must keep the goods in good condition and must not sell, dispose of, transfer, or use the goods as security.
8. Returns and Exchanges
Returns, exchanges, or refunds will be handled in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.
Customers are not entitled to a refund or exchange for change of mind unless approved by Enzo Medix.
Goods must be returned in their original condition, with proof of purchase, unless the goods are faulty or otherwise covered by consumer guarantees.
9. Faulty or Damaged Goods
If goods are faulty, damaged, unsafe, or do not meet consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law, the customer may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund, or other remedy.
Customers should notify Enzo Medix as soon as possible after discovering any fault, defect, or damage.
10. Warranties
Any manufacturerβs warranty applies in addition to the customerβs rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Enzo Medix does not provide any additional warranty unless expressly stated in writing.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Enzo Medix will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, including loss of profits, loss of business, loss of revenue, or loss of opportunity.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies the customer has under the Australian Consumer Law.
12. Customer Information
The customer must provide accurate, current, and complete information when placing an order or making a purchase.
The customer is responsible for ensuring contact details, delivery information, billing details, and payment information are correct.
13. Privacy
Any personal information collected by Enzo Medix will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws and used for purposes including processing orders, issuing invoices, delivering goods, communicating with customers, and managing accounts.
14. Changes to Terms
Enzo Medix may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The terms that apply to a purchase are the terms in effect at the time the order is placed or the sale is made.
15. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Australian Capital Territory, Australia. The parties submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Australian Capital Territory.
