SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Enzo Medix. This Shipping Policy explains our order processing times, shipping options, delivery estimates and shipping charges.

1. Processing Your Order

After placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation at the email address provided during checkout. Please keep this email as proof of your purchase.

2. Shipment Processing Time

Processing time refers to the time it takes for us to prepare your order for shipping.

After your payment is authorised and verified, orders are generally processed within one (1) to three (3) business days.

Some orders may ship sooner, while larger orders, backorders, special orders or supplier-dependent items may take longer to prepare. We will contact you if there are any significant delays with your order.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

3. Shipment Locations

3.1 Domestic Shipping Only

Enzo Medix currently ships within Australia only.

We do not currently ship internationally.

3.2 Delivery Addresses

We ship to both commercial and residential addresses, subject to carrier availability for your delivery location.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Enzo Medix is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries or additional charges caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.

4. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates depend on your delivery location, order weight, order value and available carrier options.

All available shipping options and final shipping charges will be shown at checkout before payment.

4.1 Local Delivery: Canberra, Queanbeyan and Jerrabomberra

For customers in Canberra, Queanbeyan and Jerrabomberra:

Orders under $100: $20 flat rate
Orders over $100: Free shipping

4.2 QLD, NSW and VIC Shipping

For orders delivered to QLD, NSW and VIC, we offer flat-rate shipping based on the total order weight:

0–15 kg: $20 flat rate
15.01–30 kg: $40 flat rate
30.01–50 kg: $60 flat rate

Orders over $750 to QLD, NSW and VIC qualify for free shipping.

An Australia Post carrier-calculated shipping option may also be available at checkout. This rate is calculated based on your delivery address, parcel details and Australia Post’s available services.

4.3 WA, NT, TAS and SA Shipping

For orders delivered to WA, NT, TAS and SA, shipping is calculated at checkout using Australia Post carrier-based rates.

A cheaper non-Australia Post carrier option may also be available for selected orders and locations.

Orders over $1,000 to WA, NT, TAS and SA qualify for free shipping.

4.4 Carrier-Calculated Shipping

Where available, Australia Post calculated shipping is based on your delivery address and order details.

Carrier-calculated rates may vary depending on parcel weight, size, delivery location, carrier availability and the shipping service selected.

4.5 Delivery Estimates

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and commence from the date your order is shipped, not the date your order is placed.

Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather events, public holidays, delivery location, freight disruptions, order size or other circumstances outside our control.

Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.

5. Free Shipping Summary

Free shipping is available based on your delivery location and order value:

Canberra, Queanbeyan and Jerrabomberra: Free shipping on orders over $100
QLD, NSW and VIC: Free shipping on orders over $750
WA, NT, TAS and SA: Free shipping on orders over $1,000

Free shipping eligibility is calculated at checkout.

6. Tracking

Enzo Medix aims to provide visibility and transparency throughout the shipment process.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking information where tracking is available from the selected carrier.

All orders delivered within Australia generally include tracking, depending on the selected shipping method and carrier.

7. Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at sales@enzomedix.com.au or phone us at 1300 640 883.

To help us assess the issue, please provide clear photos of the damaged packaging and damaged contents as soon as possible.

8. Damage Claims Process

To file a damage claim, customers must:

1. Take clear photos of the damaged packaging and contents within twenty-four (24) hours of delivery;
2. Retain all original packaging materials for inspection; and
3. Submit written details and supporting documentation within three (3) business days of delivery.

Our team will review damage claims and may need to investigate the matter with the carrier before confirming the available resolution.

9. Missing or Lost Packages

If your tracking shows that your order has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check common courier delivery areas, including around the building, reception, mailroom, front door, side gate, safe-drop areas or with neighbours.

Customers should report missing or lost packages within two (2) business days of the expected delivery date or delivery notification.

We will assist with tracking and courier investigations where possible. Refunds or replacements may only be processed after the carrier investigation has been completed and the loss has been confirmed.

10. Package Investigation and Liability

If a package remains missing after the initial search, Enzo Medix may initiate an investigation with the courier or shipping provider.

While we will assist with tracking and claims, our liability is limited to the original purchase value of the items purchased.

Enzo Medix is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect shipping information supplied by the customer.
