What are your shipping options?

We have got a multiple shipping options as we use Interparcel/AU Post for our shipping services. This means that we would try our best to get the supplies to you as quickly as possible no matter how small or big! Keeping in mind we have a maximum of 75 kilos limit on our delivery at this stage.

What are the shipping cost?

Currently we do have four shipping options:

  • AU$500 and over - FREE
  • 0 to 30 kilos - AU$20 flat-rate
  • 30 to 75 kilos - AU$30 flat-rate
  • EXPRESS 0 to 10 kilos - AU$30 flat-rate

How soon will my order arrive?

Our average delivery time would be 4-10 business days on STANDARD DELIVERIES and 1-4 business days on EXPRESS DELIVERIES.

This can change depending on weather, public holidays and unexpected circumstances.

We will always try our best to update you regarding delivery delays and any issues arises regarding your delivery.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order as long as we have not shipped it yet. You can always call us or leave us a message regarding cancellation.

We also have got our refund policy, however, you will need to cover the cost of shipping return for this.

What certifications do you have for your products?

Our products can vary but all of them are excellent quality. Some of the certification we have for our products are TGA approval, CE, FDA and ISO. If you need the certification for a specific product, please contact us or send us an email at sales@enzomedix.com.au

Are your products TGA approved?

Yes, our products are TGA approved! Please contact us at sales@enzomedix.com.au if you need the TGA certification.

Do you deliver Australia-wide?

Currently, we are only able to deliver to the following states:

  • South Australia
  • Victoria
  • New South Wales
  • Australian Capital Territory
  • Queensland

Since we have a flat-rate shipping cost, we can only service this area.

However, if you are from:

  • Northern Territory
  • Western Australia
  • Tasmania

You can contact us if you are happy with our products and I can check the best shipping cost I could offer.

Do you take payment/order over the phone?

Yes, we can take order via phone. Payment can be made through bank transfer for your own safety and privacy concerns.

Can you source product/s that are not displayed on your website?

Yes! We can definitely source out products that are not on the list. We will try our best to give you the best price. Keep in mind that it may take few weeks to months before we can supply your preferred product.

Do you accept returns?

Yes, we do accept returns, however, keeping in mind that the product must have the same packaging, unopened, unused and same quality as it was sent.
