Do you support bulk orders and account pricing?
Yes. Enzo Medix supports bulk orders and account pricing enquiries for first aid trainers, RTOs, workplaces, schools, clinics, support providers, government organisations and community groups. Visit our bulk first aid supplies and account pricing page for more information.
Who do you supply to?
Enzo Medix supplies first aid trainers, RTOs, training organisations, workplaces, schools, clinics, NDIS and support care providers, GP practices, dental clinics and community organisations across Australia.
Do you offer first aid kit restocking or kit management?
Yes. Enzo Medix supports first aid kit refills, restocking and kit management options for workplaces and organisations. For Canberra and Queanbeyan customers, workplace kit checking and restocking support may be available depending on location and requirements.
What are your shipping options?
We mainly use Australia Post/InterParcel for shipping. This means we can get supplies to you as quickly as possible no matter how big or small.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs depend on your delivery location, order weight, order value, and available carrier options.
For Canberra, Queanbeyan and Jerrabomberra:
Order value:
Under $100: $20 flat rate
Over $100: Free shipping
For QLD, NSW and VIC, we offer flat-rate shipping and based on total order weight:
Order weight:
0–15 kg: $20 flat rate
15.01–30 kg: $40 flat rate
30.01–50 kg: $60 flat rate
Orders over $750 to QLD, NSW and VIC qualify for free shipping.
You may also see an Australia Post calculated shipping option at checkout, based on your delivery address and parcel details.
For WA, NT, TAS and SA, shipping is currently calculated at checkout using Australia Post carrier-based rates. Orders over $1,000 to WA, NT, TAS and SA qualify for free shipping.
A cheaper non-Australia Post carrier option may also be available for some orders and locations.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Free shipping is available based on your delivery location and order value:
Canberra, Queanbeyan and Jerrabomberra: free shipping on orders over $100
QLD, NSW and VIC: free shipping on orders over $750
WA, NT, TAS and SA: free shipping on orders over $1,000
Free shipping eligibility is calculated at checkout.
Why are shipping rates different between locations?
Shipping costs vary depending on distance, parcel weight, carrier availability and delivery location. Local deliveries in Canberra, Queanbeyan and Jerrabomberra have a lower free-shipping threshold, while interstate and regional deliveries may have higher freight costs.
Can I choose Australia Post?
Yes. Where available, you can select Australia Post calculated shipping at checkout. The final rate is calculated based on your delivery address and order details.
Is there a cheaper option than Australia Post?
For some orders and delivery locations, a non-Australia Post carrier option may be available. If shown at checkout, you can select this option instead of Australia Post.
How soon will my order arrive?
Our average delivery time is 4-10 business days for STANDARD DELIVERIES and 1-4 business days for EXPRESS DELIVERIES.
This can change depending on weather, public holidays and unexpected circumstances.
We will always update you regarding delivery delays and any issues that arise regarding your delivery.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order as long as we have not shipped it yet. You can contact us anytime regarding a cancellation.
We also have our refund policy, however, you will need to cover the cost of shipping returns.
What certifications do your products have?
Certification, registration and compliance details vary by product. Some products may include or be supported by ARTG, TGA, CE, FDA, ISO or other relevant documentation depending on the item. Please contact us before ordering if you require certification, ARTG details, safety data sheets or compliance documentation for a specific product.

Do you deliver Australia-wide?
Yes. We ship Australia-wide. Standard flat-rate shipping is available for most orders to ACT, NSW, VIC, QLD, TAS and SA. For WA and NT please contact us before ordering so we can confirm the best shipping option and cost.
Do you take payment/orders over the phone?
Yes, we can take orders via phone. And payment can be made through bank transfer for your own security and privacy concerns.
Can you source product/s that are not displayed on your website?
Yes! We can definitely source products that are not listed on our website. And we will give you the best price.
If we have enquiries or questions, how can we contact you?
Do you accept returns?
Yes, we do accept returns, however, please keep in mind that the product must have the same packaging, be unopened, be unused and be the same quality as it was when received.
